The hotel was beautiful and fairly clean. the staff was really helpful and brilliantly friendly. - the location was magnificent and unbeatable, just a short stroll away from Fortezza of Rethymno. - the bed was extremely comfy. - the room had a minibar, satellite TV, and climate control. - Spectacular sea views.

There were climate control, a safe, and multi-channel television in the room, thoroughly enjoyed that. We had breads, cereal, pastries, and fruit for breakfast and it was outstanding. Helpful staff, gave a lot of information.

Our triple room was equipped with 2 balconies and fresh towels. the location was perfect and convenient, right by Rethymno town center, next to the old town, and with sun loungers. - the staff were genuinely helpful and very friendly.

The hotel was stunningly beautiful. the location was perfect, just next door to the city center of Rethymno. - the venue rooms were fully renovated and decent sized. - the daily service was good. The hotel at Jo An Palace in Rethymno was simply delightful. the location right next to the city center of Rethymno made it convenient for my one-night stay. the rooms were spacious, freshly renovated, and comfortably equipped with a sofa and clean towels. the daily service provided was also top-notch. I truly enjoyed my time at this stunningly beautiful hotel in the heart of Rethymnon.

Our accommodation was set in a central location so close to beach right next to pool, with sunloungers and umbrellas, which cost 5 euros per day for two.

I recently stayed at a fantastic hotel in Rethymno for a few days. The hotel had a modern, boutique feel without the premium price. The location was perfect, with easy access to the old town, beautiful beaches, and the main bus station. The hotel restaurant served a delicious buffet breakfast with a wide variety of options. The neighborhood had great cafes and bars, and the old town offered a great mix of shopping and dining experiences. it was a memorable stay with wonderful hospitality.

Great location in a charming area of Adelianos Kampos. The beach is just a few meters away and the old city is easily accessible for exploration. The room was clean and the balcony offered a nice view of the surrounding streets and the old city. The rooftop pool provides a spectacular view. The staff were friendly and helpful in addressing any issues. Breakfast selection was reasonable, although it can get busy at peak times. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

Loved the warm and friendly staff. the room was clean and had a stunning view of the sea. the pool was a fantastic place to relax, and it was well maintained. the location was perfect, just a few steps away from the beach and close to lots of shops and restaurants. We also liked the fact that the hotel offered daily entertainment and activities, which was great fun.
